My course structure is inspired by a traditional interior design approach. When you become a student, my course will take you through the following steps:

1. Assess

Create a vision for the experience you want your visitors to have by pinpointing your guest personalities. By the end of this section, you’ll know the exact emotional experience you’d like to create for your space!

2. Plan

Gather inspiration from your space, town, or city and begin to lay the groundwork for a bespoke experience in your rental. I’ll teach you how to define and create an aesthetic and begin brainstorming emotional touchpoints.

3. Design

Where it all comes together! You’ll learn traditional interior design methods for creating flow, assembling furniture, selecting (and avoiding) fabrics, and more. I’ll also teach you how to evaluate whether or not a renovation is needed.

4. Rent

Let’s get those guests in! I’ll lay out everything you need to list (and re-price) your unit, from listing photography to creating a guest manual. You’ll figure out how to create a true hospitality experience from your very own property.
